Inside the Bean Museum. What I found fascinating is how the beans are prepared. They start with the empty can, drop the bacon in, then the plain soaked and blanched navy beans and then the sauce. After everything is added it is at that point that they cook the beans in the can. After they are cooked in the 9 story tall bean cooking building they are sent to “mellow” for one week before receiving their label and being shipped. Totally cool!!
