Halley’s Store, Keystone, South Dakota

Halley's Store, Keystone, South Dakota

So a friend of mine took me out to the local bar here in Keystone. This place is like nothing you have ever seen. Basically it’s an old antique store with about anything you can imagine inside. From old books, photos, trinkets signs glassware…The list goes on and on. So much so that pretty much everything inside is for sale. Just name your price. It’s three stories. This is me down in the cellar, yes it’s totally scary! The building is from the 1800’s and at one time provided all the electricity for the town of Keystone. Keystone is now home to about 327 residents, and a good number of them were here at the store to see the “Jolly Llamas” play. I had a great time, loved seeing the small town atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back đŸ™‚
