It’s hard to tell, but the guys are on a tiny little bridge. The cut out is completely hollow, of course they were brave enough to go out there, and I didn’t even have to turn away, I actually encouraged it! I think I’m in a new place with that part of life…no one makes it out alive kind thing, so you might as well take some risks. Hubby started getting all deep and was talking about all of the ways we could have died yesterday, and he’s right. Whether it had been a collapsed cave, an accident on the road, a shooting in one of the numerous gas stations we frequent, choking, a freak lightning storm, or the giant semi-truck that had just caught fire as we were heading over the Rockies. Might as well have a good time while we can!!!

The last hurdle of Indian Tunnel. We knew there was an exit on the other side, but we just weren’t sure how big it was going to be. We talked a lot about being early explorers and how defeated you must have felt when you got to the end of your cave just find the entire wall collapsed.
